I too have acromegaly but was undiagnosed for 25+ years. Surgery could not remove all of the tumor but I had proton beam radiation at Mass General and am still waiting for results that may take 3 to 5 years. I am now 67 and feeling better knowing what it is. You are far from alone. it is an amazing disease.
